A half-awake, half-dreaming state of memory connects four female figures: a girl from a small coastal city with mixed feelings toward the beach where she grew up, a Thai artist living far from home and haunted by endless rain, a mermaid from Samila Beach lingering between folklore and imagination, and an aging grandmother whose memories slowly begin to fade.

Moving between memory, folklore, an imagination, the film flows through rain, sea, and tears. As water shifts its form, homesicknes deepens and time begins to slip.
